5 old Android hero phones that seem barely usable today

As we scoured the web for interesting content, we discovered a Reddit thread in which battle-hardened Android users were thinking about their first smartphones and how they behaved from today's perspective. . We have collected the opinions of Redditors users and added them to PhoneArena's opinions to emphasize the difference between yesterday and today. Take advantage of this selection of smartphones that come out of guns, but end up aging like milk, rather than good wine. Check out the PhoneArena article for five other smartphones like this one.

  3. I still have many of my old devices. HTC was top back then. Wish they would make a come back. Have my HTC Evo, Evo shift, Evo 4G LTE, Evo 3D and so on. Also have the Optimus S and HTC One lines. Have many LG and Samsung devices as well.
HTC has a place in my heart from way back in the winmo 6.5 days.

  19. I still use my LG Optimus which specificallythe slider keyboard version, it has a variety of names. While no longer supported, is underpowered, with 160mb usable storage. It has been a viable MP3 Player and it works fine in that role. Surprised that the battery still has a sufficient charge and battery life as it's no longer connected. If it was, then I'd only have 5 hours of usable battery life and it is plugged into a powerbank every day.

  20. I would LOVE Desire Z with modern specs. It was a great phone at that time, unfortunately like every HTC from that era the battery was sh*t - but imagine it now with that bulky size how big that battery would be, juice for whole week!
