In this video, I show you how to turn an old computer into an impressive emulation PC using Batocera Linux. essentially RetroPie / Recalbox for PC.
All this will work from a USB stick and if the PC you are using is powerful enough, it can even play 3DS PS2 GameCube Dreamcast and many more!

ReplyDeleteHi. First I want to tell you I love your content. Have been watching it for awhile and subscribed :)
ReplyDeleteI do have a question. I am pretty new to emulation and started with the PS2 emulator psx2 which is awesome. My currenet spec is
I7 4970
16gb ddr3 ram
Gtx 1060 6gb version
For most ps2 games i run on emulation i usually get 50fps regardless of settings. Yet I see you were able to get better results with weaker hardware on a different video. What are the best settings for my hatdware? I play on 1080p monitor and mainly aim to play ps2 games on x2 native if possible
Thank you in advance and hope to hear from you :)

ReplyDeleteGood Eta Prime,
ReplyDeleteI have 2 questions:
1- Does anyone have feedback with a Ryzen 5 3400G or Ryzen 3 3200G for Batocera PC?
2- If yes, what is the maximum resolution reached on PS2, Gamecube and Dreamcast?
Thank you
EXT3 can be used by Windows because someone wrote the drivers. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteLove this! Thanks ETA Prime! I’m setting it up on an old extra laptop now. I can’t believe how the PS3 remote automatically worked through Bluetooth already. Amazing.
ReplyDeleteNow to find the source to DL the games at.
I appreciate your effort making and sharing this video. 👍
