I don't like the Oculus App, but it's hard to beat the amazing prices & performance of the oculus. The Vive competed well with the index, but the controller is the main-highlight of that.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like since the vive cosmos was a failure, Oculus now has the chance to advertise this headset and compete with the valve index as a cheaper, more affordable, pc vr experience.

ReplyDeleteI would never exchange my Rift S for the Quest. The S has many advantages over it:
ReplyDeleteComfort, screen door effect, tracking, godrays, refresh rate, image quality, latency ... all of these have better results on the Rift S

ReplyDeleteReplace the LCD with OLED and ill get the rift S today.... Give me reasons to get the rift S I was about to order it and then the connect 6 messed my mind all up. You people said that your quest is now a rift too then why should I get the rift S.

If they want to sell 10 million, then maybe it would be a good idea to allow people to demo it. I want one but here in the UK it’s nigh on impossible to demo one. I need a pc too so am not splashing the cash until I can play it myself. Oculus where can I demo one in the UK (Leeds)
