As far history tells us about digital purchases, in past, nintendo announced their servers shutdown notice and they asked customers to download any or all purchases before final date. So after that, no content will be available to people. Even purchased ones.. gone... forever. So my concern is, whoever bought paid content for nintendo at that time, now they have nothing. This kind of scenario may happen for any company like sony or microsoft, who knows.. there is a chance. So its still risky. If you can make a video on that.. it will be helpful.
