  3. Xbox Series X looks like a fridge and isn't a cloud platform? plus no one talks about xcloud anymore, it's probably gonna shutdown in a year or so, this is google's FIRST console.

  4. While AMD is busy killing Intel. Microsoft is obliterating both Google and Sony.

  5. Stadia needs to make some major changes before Xbox Series X and Project xCloud combined with Xbox Game Pass dominates with a far superior cloud gaming service with far greater value for customers.

  7. I never understood what Stadia is trying to do. Why would I WANT to play Assassin's Creed or Destiny2 on my smartphone?

  8. no one wants to game in cloud, on any platform at any condition

  9. Sounds like xbox is going to officially execute stadia in the fall. One year isn't that bad of a run... better than anthem

  13. Anyone else impressed that xbox has been stepping up their game? I have both consoles and I play games they both have on xbox x and the way more impressive collection of exclusives on ps4 but if xbox series x is as good as everyone says it is I might be swayed to stay on xbox since the 360

  14. Xbox series x is a STUPID name, they’re gonna get decimated by PlayStation 5. That name is so terrible for marketing, I don’t follow consoles and there has been so many versions of Xbox with obscure names this doesn’t feel like a ‘big step’ for the Xbox platform. Prove me wrong

  16. I can almost bet that if you do prefer to download the game on XCloud that you would be able to play the streaming version while it downloads.

  18. Remember how Xbox One was to have cloud based tech too ?
Crackdown was supposed to be the one to show how environmental destruction would use cloud-based calculations ?

Yeah ... whatever happened to that ?
I'll doubt any console can ever do 4k, because we can barely do native 1080 on average games (remember how 'cinematic framerates' became the new word this gen ?)

  19. I feel like the Xbox Series X will take over next gen. Xbox seems to have learned from their mistakes from the One

  20. Um none of those details about 12 teraflops are most definitely not confirmed and Richard leadbetter said to take this rumored specs leak with a major grain of salt because there's not much info in this rumor to go on. So it's premature to saying that 12 teraflops are confirmed. There's a very good chance that PlayStation 5 could be 9.2 teraflops based on much more data that has been collected about it which is sighted in that same digital foundry article. another point about that 12 teraflops of power. People are basing it off of Microsoft statement about scarlett being twice as powerful as an Xbox one x. there might be a better Miss information about that because if I remember correctly they also said it would be 8 times more powerful than Xbox One S. Those numbers don't match up to the number 12 considering that Xbox one s has about 1.2 teraflops of computing power if I remember correctly. Being that the next generation hardware is more streamlined and efficient you could get something that can perform like a 12 teraflop console when it really isn't. Again digital foundry has mentioned this in the past.

  21. PlayStation Now will be a huge contender next gen

    ReplyDelete
  22. No idea why stadia is marketing their CPU's so hard with those numbers... Seriously, they have outstanding GPU's, at least from what I heard

    ReplyDelete
  23. /facepalm x100 kaoken x10 when it comes to the consoles may be able to play 4k next gen. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST NO THEY WONT STOP SAYING THESE BS THINGS.

It's no god damn different at all than a small form factor PC in the 400-700$ range. You need twice that for 4k60 or better and that's doing it the cheap way. Sorry not gonna happen.

  24. Abo9ut your point about updates/patches, there is a feature on xbox that allows it to update on its own if the feature is turned on.

  25. main diffrence of local console and stadia. local consoles have no image compression. where stadia allways has double image compression for streaming data reason. stadia allways has garbage grafic, due to 2 times image compression. its like you put any photo 2 times threw jpeg 70% compression also looks crap.

  26. Stadia needs about 5 years to develop. The main advantage of Stadia is that the consumer doesn't need to keep up with console generations. Right now they should be able to market that you don't need to spend $600 to keep buying new games. Well, they could say that, but there are enough technical issues with Stadia that the counter argument is the console works better. Also the subscription service Stadia wants to push for its premium service is equal to buying a console over 5 years. That...needs to be addressed.

The whole library of games thing should be solved by Stadia both developing its own games, and buying rights to older titles and offering them for free or cheap on Stadia. If they were really smart, they would buy up hard to get arcade style games and offer free access to those with their premium service. They also need to develop a break out game that generates real buzz in the gamer community. Something like Fortnite that will lure people in to try their service. Honestly, they need free games to help secure a customer base.

  27. People that bought Stadia and not get refunds could create a Class Action lawsuit by false advertisement with the 4K60FPS in the commercial and then they deny it & that not all games will have it.

    ReplyDelete
  28. btw guys you can already stream games from your xbox one to your windows 10 using the xbox console companion

    ReplyDelete
  29. Stadia is an epic fail, it's basically still being tested and problems worked out after release. On top of that there has literally been zero advertising for it, a lot of people don't even know it exists, it's doomed.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Nah! I agree with you 💯% ...with Stadia you don't own anything! The only thing you own is the 4k Chrome cast and that's it. Something happens and Google decides to pull plug! Its a wrap! You lose everything you ever purchased. Great video just subed!

  35. I think its been a while now that customers agree to pay a lot of money to be the "firsts" who experience something, the companies noticed it and started selling unfinished products under the banner of "early access", touting the importance of users feedback and how opting in can make the game/product better (in a right world it would work, cause it would be free/cheap AF and companies would be honest :P)
I'm not talking about crowd funding, its something else entirely.
Seems like Stadia is basically that, only using the "Gaming" tag to encourage people to help them test a platform and perfect it while making a good amount of money, I don't think they mind about the bad rep it gets, because it'll shut down at some point and the tech will resurface somewhere else, a different service, not for game at all maybe.
Just a thought, maybe we should stop giving the big companies, those not in need, piggy back rides.
