It's CES time - exciting things for PC users, but little about how the next-generation megaton console reveals ... so when Xbox chief Phil Spencer decided to reveal the Final fitness of the Xbox Series X processor, Rich got excited and put together this quick DF Direct. Is this the greatest console processor we have ever seen?

All that chip, and will still have less quality games than the PS5, like always.
ReplyDeletePhill switching his profile pic just after the SONY CES just to show them up was just genius 👌😄
ReplyDeleteI think the power of the xbox x will be not utilize, the reason is the new games will be multi platform releases, the old generation will keep at bay the new system, for example the new assassins game will come for xbone, the limitation of the xbone power will be the base for the graphics, this suggest that the only difference will be frame rate and rendering resolution in contrast to high resolution textures from the start
ReplyDeletePhill spencer the monstro.kkkkkkkk
ReplyDeleteTell me why when I put in the settings of the PS4 slim console resolution 720p the performance and lags in games do not disappear because in fact the load on the iron is reduced as in the case of a PC !?
ReplyDeleteWhat shake up? AMD is still blowing up as it did since ZEN 2 launch.
ReplyDeleteEveryone's waiting to see how AMD's NAVI will handle ray-tracing. They seem to have opted to skip DXR for NAVI 1.0
People are now realizing Intel's first discrete GPU won't be full blazing out the gate.
I would hope to see an analysis of the up coming Alienware UFO I’m interested in hearing Digital Foundry’s thoughts.
ReplyDeleteIt maybe a bigger processor, But not bigger than the PS5s processor.
ReplyDeleteEiather way both systems will be close in power, but the PS5 will have much better games, a lot better game performace and faster processing. Gaming will be so much better on a PS5 than the new X-Box.
I dont believe one word for Phil Spencer. He is nothing but a pathological liar.
Microsoft confirmed the ventilation is on top.
And weirdly no display port.
ReplyDeleteNvidia better watch these prices or people will migrate back to consoles.
ReplyDeleteGuess end of 2020 exciting times consoles + that new 48 LG inch gsync oled tv
ReplyDeleteSony just leaked the biggest reveal: PS5 will also have an emulator mode for XBox Series X!
ReplyDeletei dont mean to sound stupid or silly but, why has the new xbox 2x hdmi but no display port? (from pc gamer)
ReplyDeleteLie.
ReplyDeletePS4 Pro was still a mistake
ReplyDeleteNothing will ever compare to the transcendental experience only made possible by the RSX REALITY SYNTHESIZER.
ReplyDeleteYou know what happened in 2005. Well done. 🤓
freesync doesnt even work well in xbox one x. I think they should focus on this first before xbox one series. Games like modern warfare is not optimized for xbox one x, regardless of freesync technology that xbox offers. The frame rates still drops astronomically from 60 to 41 Hz, its embarrassing to say they are superior when its all about accommodating players who likes games that they like.
ReplyDeleteThe series X is basically going to be will be a custom (cut down) 3700 non X with a custom (cut down) 5700 non X, with a SSD and 16gig of GDDR6. Yes huge improvement over the current consoles. Cut down = dumping stuff they do not need in a gaming console, to save power/size/heat and optimizing what is left.
ReplyDeleteThat said this will be rolling out at the end of 2020. Where will a 3700/5700 stand at the end of 2020? Basically in the middle of the PC gaming hardware spec.
will not be getting one just happy consoles are more powerful than my emulator lmao. Maybe we can get some good game development now that consoles wont be 10 years behind mid-high end gaming pc's
ReplyDeletemore xbox pleace
ReplyDeleteOnly three things matter :
ReplyDeleteThreads
cores
clockrate
Let’s not mention the clickbait title. Cringe, desperate and money grabby... unsubscribed.
ReplyDeleteGreat video
ReplyDeleteNext gen Stadia is going to blow everyone away.
ReplyDelete"xbox sucks" "ps sucks." they both suck. But the ps has better games and ms games are on pc. So why buy an xbox? Just get a pc, ps and switch and get the best of all of them👌
ReplyDelete1080p or 4K @60 fps for all games this next gen. Any lower than that is just bull.
ReplyDeleteI think Microsoft is going to eat the cost on this generation because of the way Don Mattrick fucked the Xbox Brand up.

ReplyDeleteEven when the PC world starts to shake up, with these next generation of consoles being so powerful toward gaming the only true benefit from a PC standpoint is going to stand within the content of creation, as far as games and Graphics go, I don't think we'll be able to see any specific differences at all, especially with the Ps5 having a leg up in Talented teams such as Naughty Dog or Santa Monica, Guerilla, Insomniac, working on the next generation of winning platforms.. these teams are alot of the time unrivaled and have been for over a decade when it comes down to precise graphical fidelity..
ReplyDeleteLet's be honest, we're all just passing time now until the PS5 and it's exclusives make all this Xbox tech irrelevant lol
ReplyDeleteSo how many bits are we on now?
ReplyDeleteSony so scared they only reveal logo they know the rest sucks hahahahs
